Ok, talk about getting lucky! Industrial controls can be VERY expensive. I'd already spent quite a bit on the other parts , but I didn't want to go totally cheapo. As luck would have it, I went to a supply house, and they had a slightly damaged, watertight enclosure on sale for $25. This box lists for $200! I was also able to scrounge some old pushbuttons and selector switches, as well as the relay for the heat element. I still have room in the enclosure for the PID controller, and also the keypad.
