The Zymico™ Mother-of-all-Hopbacks™

The jar is a 2 quart mason jar. I made a new lid out of aluminum about 1/32" thick. I have a 1/2' copper union on the infeed side so that I can easily attach it directly onto my boiling kettle. The SS screen sock covers both tubes.

The lid isn't completely airtight, so I have to adjust the wort inflow vs. outflow to make sure it doesn't overflow.
